C-Span 1 & 2 have looked different for years. Why? C-Span 1 looks like it has less contrast. C-Span 2 has richer, sharper colors. I use DirecTV now but this has been going on since I started using cable, about 15 years now.

Back when Bush gave his State Of The Union speech I took screenshots of each channel. Here they are. Same location, same feed. I would be very currious about any explantion.
