The second week broadcast/webcast schedule from WWOZ's web page:

Thursday, May 1
11:15 - 12:00pm - Tony "Oulabula" Bazley & the Kickers' Tribute to
Past Drummers - I tune in at 12:55 NY time and it doesn't sound like
that is going on, I hear a trumpet band. But it is live or at least
live on tape.

12:15 - 1:05pm - John Ellis & Double-Wide - I don't know his music.
1:30 - 2:30pm - Topsy Chapman's Tribute to Dinah Washington - Could be good.
2:55 - 3:50pm - Mark Braud - I don't know him.
4:10 - 5:10pm - The Maurice Brown Effect - I don't know him.
4:15 - 5:15pm - Hot Club of New Orleans - This should be good.
5:40 - 7:00pm - Donald Harrison - I don't think I'll like this.

Friday, May 2
11:30 - 12:20pm - Legacy: Students of Alvin Batiste - I don't think
I'll like this.
3:30 - 4:45pm - The Bad Plus - I don't know them. Could be good.
4:25 - 5:35pm - John Hammond Quartet - Might be good.
6:00 - 7:00pm - Marva Wright & the BMWs with guest Al "Carnival Time"
Johnson - Should be good.

Saturday, May 3
2:25 - 3:15pm - Tribute to Max Roach feat. Herlin Riley, Shannon
Powell & Jason Marsalis - I don't think I'll like this.
5:45 - 6:55pm Cresent City Allstars with James Andrews - This might be good.

Sunday, May 4
12:25 - 1:15pm - Pfister Sisters - I don't think I'll like this. The
Boswell Sisters were just fine thanks. Retreads not necessary.
12:55 - 1:55pm - Jonathan Batiste - Hope he's better than what I heard for Piano Night.
5:50 - 7:00pm - Bob French - Oh no, Sunday is going to be a bad day.

Oh well. A disappointing second weekend. I am glad they are doing
Thursday. I just wish they had better lineups.

More to come as I listen to them.
